  1. Pulse the Brazil nuts in a food processor until coarsely ground. Be mindful not to grind them completely at this stage.

  2. Scrape the sides of the food processor with a spatula.

  3. Evenly sprinkle the nutritional yeast and salt across the coarsely ground Brazil nuts.

  4. Pulse once more until all ingredients meld seamlessly, and the Brazil nuts are finely ground, approximately sesame seeds in size.

  5. Your Brazil Nut Parmesan is now ready for immediate use or transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate.

  6. Keep refrigerated and use within approximately one month.
